Our cables are custom made.
Custom cables are NOT RETURNABLE.
We are not responsible for cables ordered incorrectly by the purchaser.
DEFECTIVE CABLES
Defective cables are to be returned to us via USPS Parcel Post. Upon receipt of the defective cable, we will ship out a replacement cable.

Cable orders are shipped approximately one week after receipt of payment. However, there may be a delay on your order if supplies are backordered. We will inform you by e-mail of any delay. We use USPS Parcel Post. If you have a UPS account that you would like for us to bill, we can ship via UPS. There is a $3.00 surcharge. Rush Orders If you are placing a rush order, please click on the RUSH ORDER button. Rush Orders will have a $25.00 surcharge. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. Orders will NOT be shipped until payment is received. We accept PAYPAL payments. We do accept Company Checks and Postal Money Orders.
